We understand collaboration as a superpower.
We are better when we get together to work with other people. We believe the best ideas come up from the ideas already available. Letting ourselves be influenced by other people makes us better and stronger because we share responsibility over the final outcome. We do what needs to be done, basing ourselves on agreements and flexibility, focusing on achieving goals.
A STORY OF HOW WE LIVE COLLABORATION
When we began organizing Grupo Esfera's management into distributed circles, one of the challenges was to make our cultural drivers explicit in order to guide the circles' decisions. In the Culture Circle, we understood that we needed to 'listen to the organization', so that the discovery of cultural drivers would not be the circle's work alone, but would reflect the shared ideas of the people who make up Grupo Esfera.
The process began with a series of interviews with each team. We asked questions about what we do that identifies us, why our clients choose us, what connects us, and we asked for representative images. In the culture circle, over several meetings, we distilled these responses, discussed them, analyzed them, used key phrases and images to build cultural levers. It was a long, very long process. Because we like to talk, we like to reflect, and above all because it was a collaborative process. We went back and forth, asked for feedback, and maintained a collective process.
