WHO WE ARE
We are a horizontal organization made from self-organized multidisciplinary teams in which every person brings in his or her professional and academical experience to the building of better technological solutions.
We've been developing software and designing systems architecture for over 15 years and, at the same time, teaching others what we do and what we've learned.
We belong to the Latinamerican Agile community. We love getting involved and building ties with customers, companies and individuals.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND ARCHITECTURE
We develop products and services within a collaborative and relational framework, as part of an iterative process in which we help our clients find out what it is that their organization needs.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
We design and dictate training programs for companies, either for new comers or for groups about to be destined to new tasks.
We work together with Human Resoources to evaluate every person in their qualities, aptitudes and possibilities of professional growth.
ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFORMATIONS
We accompany your organization to implement agile methodologies, techniques and processes successfully in work teams.
Adopting these methodologies allows you to improve the quality of your product, rethink your organizational processes and attain a higher efficiency in the use of valuable resources.
COACHING AND FACILITATION
We help teams focus in the problems they need to solve, guiding them in the adoption of recommended best practices and facilitating dynamics that promote collaboration and the achievement of goals.
We make graphical records of work meetings and events to collect information, communicate main ideas and help remember them more easily.
HOW DO WE DEVELOP SOFTWARE?
We conceive the development process as a process of joint learning, not only about the customer’s business but also about the way we develop software.
We seek to build knowledge with our customers, particularly through everyday practice and explaining the meaning of every activity.
From a collaborative viewpoint, we understand a work team is not only integrated by the development team but also by customer’s areas directly involved and who will actively participate in the project.
A Product owner from the customer will work closely with the development team throughout the entire project.
The methodology we employ is agile develoment based on Scrum and XP, with short iterations that allow us to obtain controlled complexity modules within foreseeable and programmable deadlines.
This accelerates the generation of strategic value for the client, who can count on functional modules in short periods of time, gaining a faster return of investment and reducing the risk of getting a product at the end that doesn’t satisfy their needs.
OUR TEAM
DIEGO FONTDEVILA
Systems Engineer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, Masters degree in Software Engineering Management from Carnegie Mellon - SEI, and currently finishing a PhD in Information Sciences at the National University of La Plata, Diego is one of the founders of Grupo Esfera and an active participant in the agile community.
He is an instructor, facilitator, executive coach and university teacher in undergraduate and graduate courses. He has over 16 years of experience in agile-related software development and practices. His main interests are in teaching programming, software architecture and design and agile methodologies.
He is co-author of the book "Software construction - An agile look".
MATEO TOJEIRO
Tiene formación técnica de base y desarrolló Software durante 8 años, trabajando para el sector de seguros y salud.
Luego se formó en facilitación de grupos con orientación Gestalt (CGSI) y Psicología Social (IIG), continuó sus estudios en Coaching Ontológico (IEI) y Counseling (PEAC). Fue co-docente en dinámicas grupales y técnicas teatrales. Obtuvo la certificación Certified Scrum Master de la Scrum Alliance.
En el ámbito de las organizaciones se dedica hace varios años a la facilitación y acompañamiento de personas y equipos, principalmente orientados al desarrollo de software, incorporando técnicas y herramientas de grupos y de agilidad.
En constante aprendizaje y formación, también participa de la comunidad de agilidad de latinoamérica.
NATALIA LEHMANN
Bachelor of Systems Analysis and Graphic Designer from the University of Buenos Aires, Natalia is part of Grupo Esfera since 2006, where she currently works as member, guide and technical referent in agile teams dedicated to software analysis and development of different kinds of projects, involving technologies from back-end to web and mobile interface design and development.
From her double background she helps teams implement best technical practices, collaborating in product design and construction with focus on quality and the improvement of user experience.
She is also an instructor of technical, programming languages and agile methodologies courses, and a graphic facilitator in events, conferences and lectures.
