A STORY OF HOW WE LIVE LEARNING

A few years ago, we were approached by a company that needed to develop a digital product from scratch. They were clear about what they wanted to do, but they lacked the right technology partner to do it. We formed a team of five people who were excited about the challenge, and we realized that there was a lot to learn: about the client, the product, and the technologies involved. At first, each team member dedicated themselves to learning individually, exploring various areas relevant to the project. However, soon those learning spaces transformed into team sessions, where each week we shared what we had learned. Through a draw, each person prepared something to present. These sessions covered not only technical topics, but also ways to improve our project management.

Over time, a new question arose: how could we integrate artificial intelligence into the product to offer something even more innovative?

Today, they are not only opportunities to learn, but also to strengthen team connection and allow us to deliver even greater value to our client.
