A STORY OF HOW WE LIVE BEING A TEAM
A few years ago, in a project a Product Owner used to request urgent changes directly from different people on the team individually, which generated imbalances in the sprint and affected the work pace.
We discussed the issue and it was agreed that, from now on, any request should be made to the entire team through our common channel, enabling team conversation. This allowed for better estimation and prioritization of tasks, collectively assuming responsibility for the results.
