A STORY OF HOW WE LIVE LEARNING
A few years ago, a company contacted us needing to develop a digital product from scratch. They had a clear vision of what they wanted to build but lacked the right technology partner to make it happen. We put together a team of five people who were excited about the challenge, and we quickly realized there was a lot to learn—about the client, the product, and the technologies involved. Initially, each team member focused on individual learning, exploring various areas relevant to the project. However, those learning spaces soon transformed into team sessions where we shared our insights every week. Through a random draw, each person would prepare a topic to present. These sessions covered not only technical subjects but also ways to improve our project management.
Over time, a new question emerged: how could we integrate artificial intelligence into the product to deliver something even more innovative?
Today, these sessions are not only opportunities to learn, but also to strengthen team connection, allowing us to deliver even greater value to our client.
