A STORY OF HOW WE LIVE COLLECTIVE BEING
A few years ago, during a project, a Product Owner used to request urgent changes directly from individual team members, which caused sprint disruptions and impacted our workflow.
We discussed the issue and agreed that, going forward, any request had to be made to the entire team through our shared channel, enabling team-wide discussion. This allowed for better estimation and prioritization of tasks, while collectively taking ownership of the outcomes.
